| Description | By Samuel Cooper, coachmaker, with Thomas Brooke, esq., ------ To keep Mr. Brooke's chaise in good repair, to paint it completely twice in 6 years at any time Mr. B. wishes and to put entire new wheels on as they are required, and to pay for all necessary repairs when the carriage is out of Cheshire. If Lady Brooke has not engaged her coach for 6 years then this Agreement is to be finished at end of 5 years from to-day. All extras are not to be returned to Mr. Cooper, only the carriage which is charged at £140. In consequence of this Agreement Mr. Cooper is to have the chaise at the above noted time returned to him.
