Description(Copy), with Codicils dated 8. Jun. 1781 and 20. Apr. 1785, of Mary Cunliffe, late of Liverpool, but now of the parish of Walcot, Bath, Somerset, spinster, ---- pecuniary legacies to relations and friends. Her house and its appurtenances and its furniture in the Royal Crescent in WALCOT, BATH, to her niece Mary Walmesley, wife of John Walmesley, esq., of Wigan, Lancs., for life and after her death to Sir Foster Cunliffe to be sold and the money obtained to be given to certain persons. In 1st Codicil she makes the gift of her house, etc., in the Royal Crescent, to Mary Walmesley "for ever". In the 3rd Codicil she makes the gift of the said house absolute to said Mary Walmesley notwithstanding her coverture. Endorsed:- "No. 3. W.". Paper.
