DescriptionFor 6 months (Frag.) and RELEASE (Frag.) to Make Tenants to the Precipe, by John Sparke of Kingsley, gentleman, to Hamlet Yate of Aston juxta Budworth and Richard Cottingham of Chester, gentleman (Tenants), John Cheshire of [Moore], [Thomas Okell] of Moore, yeoman, John Deanis of Moore, yeoman, William Harrison of Acton Grange and [George Cheshire] of Chester, gentleman ------- Messuage or dwelling house in MOORE with all its barns, stables, etc. and that piece of building called Duttons Stable with the appurtenances, gardens and fruit trees, and also another piece of building called Duttons Barn with the adjoining shippon, and the lands enjoyed with the said messuage, viz: the whole Hempyard on back on the House, all the Oat Hey, all the [Wald] formerly belonging to Yate's Tenement in MOORE, the Brominsfield, the Templins Croft and half of the Gold Bant once in every 7 years, all the above being in the occupation of said John Cheshire of Moore, and also a messuage or dwelling house in MOORE heretofore in occupation of John Rose of Moore, yeoman, deceased, and new in that of said John Spark, and the buildings, orchards, gardens and yards thereto belonging, and also parcels of land in MOORE usually enjoyed with the said messuage called the Hempyard lying behind John Spark's New Barn, the Croft below the Hempyard, the Kilch Croft lying to the said Croft below the Hempyard, 3 Butts adjoining to the Kilch Croft, 3 closes called the Brominsfields, in all 5 large Cheshire acres, 3 closes called the Higher Townfield, the Lower Townfield, formerly belonging to the messuage now in the possession of said John Cheshire of Moore, and the Moss formerly 2 closes, in all 7 acres of the like measure, half an acre of land in the Barley Acre, the Two Marshes (3a. of like measure), the New Croft (1a.) and the other half of the Gold Bent once in every 7 years, all which said messuages, lands, hereditaments & premises were formerly 1 entire Tenement called Yate's Tenement and of the ancient yearly rent of 11/- payable to the Queen.
