Description | [A Copy] by Sarah Woods, widow of late William Woods, that her late husband took "Casters Tenement" in 1815 from Mr. Dodd, agent to Sir R. Brooke, at rent of £6 p.a. free of taxes. It was in bad repair. They left it in 1827 because of it had fallen down. In a short while the whole house fell down.
