Description	Of a case pending between Mr. Thomas Fletcher of Chester and Sir Richard Brooke, Bt., of Norton Priory, abstracted from documents found among the papers of the late Alderman Fletcher. Refers to "Statement marked DBN/D/20C/1"., also to "the quarter of the Dows" let to a tenant of Sir R. Brooke for £2 p.a. Sir R. Brooke retained possession of the "quarter of the Dows" and received its rent till "say Lady Day 1839". Mr. Thomas Fletcher, as heir at law of late Aldmn.
