Brooke a close or parcel of land (120 Cheshire perches) in HALTON called the Crooked Leont, part and parcel of Clotton's Tenement heretofore in possession of Robert Chesshyre, clerk, deceased, afterwards of Arthur Rawdon, esq. and Arabella his wife (grandchild of said R. Chesshyre), who sold the same with other lands to Samuel Leathwood, deceased, since the inheritance of his son Joseph Leathwood and by him sold and surrendered to said R.
