Description | FEOFFMENT to uses by John de Holande, parson of Hanley, and Hugh de Bulkyloy of Wore to Henry Waterward, parson of Tylston [Tilston], and William Hugynson, chaplain, of all the lands and tenements which they have by gift of William Baxter, late rector of Malpas, on condition that the said Henry and William enfeoff Robert son of Roger de Bulkyley in all the said lands and tenements for the life of the said Robert, when so requested, remainder to Hugh his son and his heirs by Katherine, daughter of William de Clutton, remainder to the heirs general of the said Hugh, remainder to Margaret, his sister, and her heirs, remainder to Robert, his bastard son, and his heirs male, remainder to John or Joan, bastard son or daughter of the said Hugh, remainder to the right heirs of the said Robert.
