Description | AWARD by Randull of Brerton the elder and John of Dutton of Hatton, in a dispute between Hugh of Stretton and Margaret his wife, and John Ketull and Margaret his wife. It is awarded that the said Hugh and Margaret shall suffer the said John and Margaret to occupy a quarter of the lands and tenements which belonged to Patrik of Larketon, in LARKETON [Larkton], BYKERTON [Bickerton], EGGE [Edge] and MACEFEN, that is to say the Hall yordes, the Solers Shepfeld, the mikel marletfold and the litull marletfeld half the dene and the longe croft in EGGE, and Hugynslonde of Larketon in the Nerre Bykerton; the said John and Margaret are not to interrupt the said Hugh and Margaret in possession of the other 3 parts; both parties are to maintain the hedge and fence between them; the said John and Margaret are to hold sondell and sondell cuttlake and Ruylesmore for life at an annual rent of 6/8, and they are to pay a quarter of the chief rent.
