| Description | AGREEMENT between Rawlyn Warbreerton and Henry Lawton, made before Hugh Eggerton esq., Randull Eggerton, his son, John Mascy, William Brenner and Rawffe Smyth, whereby the said Henry agrees that the said Rawlyn shall occupy, for the lives of both parties, all the lands and tenements of the said Henry in EGGE [Edge], and a field in LARTON [Larkton], with reservation of waste, at an annual rent of £40; the said Rawlyn agrees to pay the chief rent both past and to come, and he agrees that the said Henry shall receive his £40 annually from Colletfyldus and Ayneswode.
