DescriptionTENANCY AGREEMENT (counterpart) between Rt. Hon. Lord Viscount Cholmondeley and John Downes of Bickerton, husbandman, for a 21 year lease of a messuage in LARTON [Larkton] and BICKERTON now/late in the holding of Frances Downes, widow, with parcels of ground being part of Larton demesnes, that is to say, the 2 marled pieces called the flash field and Ridley Broome, the thunderbag field, crabtree field, High field, the lower part of the sellars, the little heath and the barn near the dwelling house of Larton demesne, at an annual rent of £102; the said John Downes is to have the dwelling house, outbuildings and barn in Larton demesnes with the Riddings and the Deanes, during the last year of his term.
