Description	PRE-NUPTIAL SETTLEMENT between Sir Thomas Boteler Kt. and Sir Randulph Brereton, prior to the intended marriage of Randulph son of the said Sir Randulph and Isabel daughter of the said Sir Thomas; the said Sir Randle and Randle agree to settle estate to the annual value of £20 in the counties of Staffs., Salop, Leicester, Derby and Flint, to the use of the said Randulph and Isabell and their heirs male, for which the said Sir Thomas agrees to pay the said Sir Randulph 350 marks. Seal: Red, a device, letters 'T.B.' on either side. Parchment.
