DescriptionGRANT by David son of William de Stocton to John son of Philip Rayebon and his heirs, of all his lands and tenements which he formerly had in the township of TUSSINGTHAM [Tushingham] by gift and feoffment of Kenric le Costentin (boundaries) and his part of the lordship and joint ownership in the said township which he formerly had of Kenric le constentin and William son of Hugh son of David of Tussingtham, at an annual rent of a red rose at the feast of St. John the Baptist; remainder to David brother of the said John son of Philip and his heirs, remainder to Philip Rayebon his heirs and assigns. Witnesses: David de Eggerton, then sheriff of Cheshire, Hugh de Bikirton, William de Hampton, Patric de Larketon, John de Wygolond, William de Stocton and Thomas the clerk. Given at Tussicham, the Tuesday next before the feast of the nativity of the Lord, 1332. Seal: Black, a flower and legend. Parchment.
