Description | AWARD in a dispute between Sir Hugh Browe Kt. and Hugh son of William Browe, concerning certain parcels of meadow and moor in the township of TUSSYNGEHAM [Tushingham] and a way there, that is to say the moor called Browesheye, 1 parcel of meadow there called hobbemede recently assarted by William Browe father of the said Hugh (boundaries), another parcel of meadow recently taken and assarted by the said William, and the way from Wallecroft to a selion called le Cleronlond and thence to a field of Thoroweardesle. It is agreed that the said Sir Hugh shall have of the said Hugh, 2 acres of land in Henlowe in exchange for all his right and claim in all the said parcels of meadow, moor and way; 2 selions of arable in horstonesfeld (boundaries) are to lie in common between them.
