DescriptionAWARD of Sir Hugh Calveley Kt. in a dispute between Randulph Brereton esq., son and heir of Sir Randulph Brereton Kt., John Eton of Tussyncham and John, Rauf, Richard, Hugh and Thomas his sons, on the one hand, and Robert Grosvenor esq., son and heir of Raulyn Grosvenor esq. on the other hand, concerning the title to certain lands and tenements in TUSSYNCHAM [Tushingham] and GRENLEY [Grindley]. The said premises are awarded to Robert Grosvenor, to whom Randulph Brereton is also to pay 13/4 as compensation for breaking down his barn in GRENLEY, or to take 40 good timber trees to the said ground.
