| Description | DEED TO DECLARE USES of the annexed Deed of Feoffment (No. DCH/C/916) between Philip Egerton of Olton esq. and Sir Richard Maynwaring of Ightfild (Co. Salop) Kt. The said Sir Richard, with the issues and profits of the said premises, is to find perpetually a convenient and able priest to abide in the town of IGHTFELD (Co. Salop.), to sing and say divine service in the parish church, to say mass in St. Werburs chapel there and to pray for the souls of William Maynwaring esq., Margarete his wife and their family; the said Sir Richard is to pay the said priest annually 10 marks for his salary and wages, in conformity with the original deed of 11th December 1509 (recited).
