DescriptionThe Copies of towe deeds most materyall that were geven in eviddance against me at my tryall with Bressye for the cheflordship of BULKELEY a 96 in September:- (nos. DCH/D/110 & 111) 1314, DEED OF EXCHANGE between 1) William son of Richard de Hadlegh of Bulkylegh and Richard son of William de Bulkylegh, and 2) David son of William de Bulkilegh and his heirs, of their share of all the waste within the specified boundaries, at an annual rent of 2/- of silver, in exchange for part of the waste within the specified boundaries and all rights of common in BULKYLECH, except common pasture in a piece of ground between le Walesmonway and PECFORTON [Peckforton] and BICKERTON. Witnesses: Richard de foulurhurst, then sheriff of Cheshire, David de Egerton, Robert de Rydlegh, Richard his brother and Peter de Wetenall, clerk. Given at Bulkylegh, the Monday next after the Annunciation of the Blessed Mary, 1314. Paper.
