Description | DEED OF EXCHANGE between William de Bulkilegh and David his brother, of his share of land, heath etc: BULKILEGH [Bulkeley] in exchange for the quitclaim by the said David, of his title to common of pasture, household etc: within part of the Manor of the said William, reserving common of pasture from the street called Walshmonstreet to the waste of PECFORTON [Peckforton] and BICKERTON and in the fields of BULKILEGH [Bulkeley] in the open season, provided they are not enclosed, and turbany from the said way to Pickerton and Pecforton to one of his messuages in Bulkilegh, with free ingress and egress. The said David is to pay an annual rent of 6d. of silver. Witnesses: David de Egerton, William de Spurstou, David de Beeston, John de Larketon, Philip de Goldburne, Robert de Ridelegh and Richard his brother. Given at Bulkilegh, the Wednesday next after the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 1314. |
