Description	MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT between John Williamson of Cholmondeley, mason, and the Rt. Hon. Hugh Earl of Cholmondeley, whereby the said John shall pay £5 for each timber tree cropped or felled, without the consent of the said Earl, on premises in BULKLEY [Bulkeley] leased to him on 6th November 1696. Seal: Red, crossed swords. Paper.
