Description	ASSIGNMENT by Richard son of Philip de Bikirton to Alice his sister, of 5/- annual rent which Richard ? annouch [?] formerly paid him. Given at Boneburi [Bunbury] in the vigil of the Asconsion, 1295. Witnesses: the lord David, rector of the church of Boneburi, the lord David, chaplain of the same, the lord Thomas, chaplain of the same, and William de Bulkiley and William son of Pimkee. Seal on tongue, frag. Parchment.
