George Earl of Cholmondeley to Joseph Gibbins of Edleston, yeoman --- a cottage and intake in EDLESTON now in the holding of the said Joseph; for lives of the said Joseph, aged 50, Margaret, his wife, aged 50, and Samuel, his son, aged 20, at an annual rent of 1/- and a heriot of 2/6. Seal: Red, a woman's head. Parchment.
