| Description | AGREEMENT between Richard Cholmondeley of Cholmondeley, senior, esq., and Hugh Cholmondeley, s. & h. of Robert Cholmondeley of Chorley, to the effect that Hugh will make over to Richard the Manor of CHORLEY and all other his inheritance or right in all other lands, tenements, rents and services with their appurtenances in CHORLEY or which will descend to said Hugh by right of said Robert, and Richard will pay to Hugh yearly during the life of Sir John Maynwaryng Knt. 40/- and after Sir John's death will pay to Hugh during the latter's life yearly 6 marks, and Hugh agrees to be governed by Richard in all matters in dispute between Sir John and Hugh.
