To his heir Richard Chalmondeley of Chalmundeley [Cholmondeley], esq., he leaves all his lands and tenements in CHORLEY and Wychmalbank [Nantwich], and all letters and muniments thereto belonging, which lands and tenement Aelately gave to Sir Urian Damport rector of the church of Malpas and Sir George Masse and Sir Ralph Laureden for the term of his life and after his decease to the said Richard, Executor - the said Richard.
