DescriptionQUITCLAIM by Emma, relict of Gilbert le Taillour de Frodesham, to John Hamelyn de Stoppord and Loretta his wife, of her right and claim in the burgage with appurtenances in FRODESHAM [Frodsham] lying in Ricroft which she recently purchased jointly with the said Gilbert her late husband, lying between the burgage of Elizabeth Torfot daughter and heiress of Henry Torfot now deceased and the burgage of Robert le Marser de Frodesham. Witnesses: Robert Torfot then bailiff of the Manor of Frodesham, Peter le Roter and Thomas de Plumpton, then coroners of the said Manor, Thomas Torfot, William de Nethurton, John Barton. Given at Frodesham the Monday next before the feast of All Saints, 19 Richard II. Seal: Red, fragmentary. Parchment.
