DescriptionQUITCLAIM by John Gernet de Bolde and Margery his wife to Richard Brigge de Frodesham, of all their right and claim in all the lands, tenements, rents and services which they have in the township and fields of FRODESHAM [Frodsham] which formerly belonged to William de Weston the elder, that is to say 1 burgage between the burgage which formerly belonged to John Torfot and the burgage of Colette le Cartwright, ½ acre of land lying on Schortfurlong between the land of John Doune and the land of John de Netherton and ½ acre lying on Moysty between the land of John de Netherton and the land of Peter le Rotour, ½ acre of land lying in le Pughull between the stream called Holbroke and the land of John Gamull, ½ acre of land butting on Holbroke between the land lately of John Toroft and the land formerly of Henry Balle. Witnesses: John le Venables, John de Netherton, John de Plumpton. Given at Frodesham, the Tuesday next after the feast of St. Michael the Archangel, 15 Henry VI. Seals: Black, 2, illegible.
