Description	MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT whereby Sir John Savage Kt. agrees to convey to Thomas Savage Esq., his son and heir apparent, his title and term of years in the Manor of FRODSHAM, to take effect after the death of the said Sir John; the said Manor is to be charged with £50 payable to Lady Marie Savage, wife of the said Sir John, if she survives the said Sir John and does not reside in or upon the same Manor.
