2) Elizabeth Lady Morley, late wife of William Lord Morley, deceased, and Henrie now Lord Morley.
3) Sir John Savage Kt., son and heir of the said Sir Thomas Savage, and Dame Katherin, wife of the said Sir John, and daughter of the said Lady Morley.
4) Francis Earl of Rutland and William Noy of Lincolns Inn, Esq.

--- whereby the 1st party, in conformity with the agreements in a quadripartite indenture of 18. June 1625, enfeoffs the 4th party with the Castle, Manor and Lord of FRODESHAM [Frodsham] with its appurtenances and the Borough of (except such parts of the commons and waste ground as were allotted to the burgesses and freeholders on the late enclosure of the said Commons, as per the annexed schedule); to hold to the uses expressed in the said Indenture of 18. June 1625. Seals: Red, 6; 1, frag.; 2, crest, a badger; 3-5, illegible; 6, missing. Endorsed: LISTS of burgesses, freeholders of inheritance, tenants for life and tenants for terms of years in the Manor of FRODSHAM, who attorned to the said Earl and William Noy. (96 names). Parchment. Annexed: SCHEDULE of land and marsh ground in the Manor and Lordship of FRODESHAM allotted to the burgesses and freeholders, and referred to in the above. Field names.
