--- whereby the 1st party, in conformity with the agreements in a quadripartite indenture of 18. June 1625, enfeoffs the 4th party with the Castle, Manor and Lord of FRODESHAM [Frodsham] with its appurtenances and the Borough of (except such parts of the commons and waste ground as were allotted to the burgesses and freeholders on the late enclosure of the said Commons, as per the annexed schedule); to hold to the uses expressed in the said Indenture of 18.
