DescriptionASSIGNMENT OF LEASE by Hugh Rutter the elder of Kingsley, gentleman, Richard Jannyon of Newton, yeoman, and Phillipp Prichard of Bostock, gentleman, to John Smith of the Greene in Netherton, yeoman --- a messuage or tenement with appurtenances then/late in the tenure of the said John Smith, and 6 cowgates in the great pasture called Lordship Marsh, (FRODSHAM), leased by Rt. Hon. John Earl Rivers to the said Phillip Prichard, in trust for the said Hugh Rutter and Richard Jannyon, 5. June 1649, for lives of Raphe Jannyon, son of the said Richard, Margrett Jannyon his daughter and Hugh Rutter son of Richard Rutter of Kingsley aforesaid, at an annual rent of £1-9-9. Cons. £140.
