James Earl of Barrymore and Jacob Littlemore of Frodsham, clockmaker and John Dutton of Sutton, merchant, for a 1 year lease of the key lying on the FRODSHAM side of the RIVER WEEVER, with the benefit of wharfage, tonnage and anchorage, at rent of £50.
