DescriptionRELEASE (counterpart) by Rt. Hon. George James Earl Cholmondeley to William Crosbie of Frodsham, merchant, and John Urmson of Frodsham, merchant --- the building or warehouse formerly used to take or deposit cheese in, commonly cd. the old Cheese Warehouse in FRODSHAM below or on the West side of a bridge there cd. Frodsham Bridge near the River Weaver, and the parcel of land lying round the sd. building whereupon certain buildings have been erected called the Salt-Works, with the Quay or landing place adjoining a certain other building near Frodsham Bridge now used as a cheese warehouse and extending from thence towards the sd. Salt-works, with appurtenances, subject to a 21 year lease of the premises to sd. Crosbie and Urmsor.
