Stretches Tenement, and 6 cowgates in a certain field in FRODSHAM cd. the Great Sinnipool, which sd. premises are now in the holding of Mr. Ashley, Mr. Huley and Mr. Worthington, as tenants thereof, leased by Hon. James Cholmondeley to John Thompson (nos. DCH/F/472 and 470) and by him devised to the sd. Robert Thompson; to hold for the remainder of the lives in the sd. leases, at the rents stipulated.
