Description | LEASE for 16 years by Roger Throstole de Maclysfeld, with the consent of John de Bradelegh, to Sir Robert de Frodesham then vicar of the same and his assigns, of that assart which formerly belonged to Norman in the fields of BRADELEGH [Bradley], both in arable land and non arable, and the field which formerly belonged to Pymme the parsun except the piece of land lying in the higher part of the sd. field, that is to say between the tungesarp and the way to Over Bradelegh, with all the land which the lessor had from Peter son of Brun' and his mother and Margery de Bradelegh in the assart which formerly belonged to Lete de Frodesham, the sd. Robert ploughing and sowing the sd. land at his own expence and finding and paying all the costs of harvest (expenses autumnales), at an annual rent of a moiety of the corn tithes for all secular and spiritual services, which sd. moiety the sd.
