DescriptionLEASE for 5 years by Sir William de Wyn Kt. and Alice his wife to William Gerard and his heirs, of the Manor of BRADELEY with its appurtenances, the term to commence at the feast of St. Michael, 29 Edward III, at an annual rent of a rose at the feast of the Nativity of St. John Baptist; and if the sd. William at the end of the term, or anyone in his name, pays the sd. Sir William Wyn and Alice his wife 27 marks in silver, then the sd. Manor with its appurts shall remain to the cd. William for ever, and if the sd. William and his heirs fail in payment of 27 marks in silver at the end of the sd. term, the sd. Manor shall remain in the hands of the sd. Sir William and Alice his wife for the term of 3 years next following and so from 3 years to 3 years until the sum of 27 marks in silver shall be fully paid to the sd. Sir William and Alice his wife. Given at Katenale the Friday next after the feast of St. Laurence in the year aforesaid. Seal missing from tag. Parchment.
