| Description | GRANT in fee by John son of John de Aula of Kyngeslegh to Richard son of Richard le Roter of Kyngeslegh, his heirs and assigns, of all his land, wood and pasture, which he had by gift and feoffment of William de Launcelyn, next to the assart of Henry le Verour towards CROUTON [Crowton] in KYNGESLEGH [Kingsley], with appurtenances; to have and to hold of the capital lords of the fee by the services due and accustomed, in such a way that if the sd. Richard, his heirs or assigns, are impleaded concerning the sd. tenements, they can have no warranty against the sd. John.
