Randle, in length between the ways of Rodewaysmeth and Croutonway, and furthermore the sd. Thomas gives and surrenders to the sd. Randle and his heirs a moiety of the land and meadow of one assart in Norley which William del Heth formerly held, except the messuages standing on the sd. assart which shall remain to the sd. Thomas, and all his part of the Waturfalmosse which he had of the gift of William Jerard his father, for a claim (calumpnia) and action of law (iuris actione) which the sd. Randle had or might have in the lands and turbaries which the sd. Thomas had by gift of his father in Norley, by reason of the share (propartis) of the wastes of the sd. Randle in Norley which remain in the hand of the sd. Thomas, and furthermore the sd. Randle releases to the sd. Thomas and his heirs all his right in all the other turbaries and lands in the hand of the sd. Thomas in Norley, and grants to the sd.
