Description | GRANT in fee by William Gerard to Randle le Roter the elder, of all his share of the unenclosed (non apprivatis) wastes of KYNGESLEGH [Kingsley], NEVTON [Newton], Norley and CUDYNTON [Cuddington] and in the fee of KYNGESLEGH, in moors, marshes, woods, turbaries and all other profits, which William Gerard his grandfather purchased of William Launcelyn, reserving to him and his heirs the enclosed lands and rents and hedges (haiis) which he had on the day of the making of this charter.
