Lanc.), with the passage through the Ford there in case the same river be fordable, with the boathires, tolls or sums of money stated in the Schedule and other appurtenances (reserving the lands cd. the Boat Lands and liberty of passage for the said Marquis his heirs and assigns and their workmen and servants in the Ferry Boats and his and their carts and carriages through the Ford), at annual rent of £920 during the first 7 years, £1,000 during the second 7 years and £1,100 during the third 7 years, and also ½ of the clear net surplus profits arising from working the sd.
