Richard Earl Rivers --- all those parcels of land in certain closes and fields of the said Sir George Warburton in SUTTON in the parish of Runcorn bounding on and lying contiguous to Rocksavage Park, in order to build a wall to lay the said parcels of land to Rocksavage Park, viz. a parcel of land in 2 closes called the Kells Acres now/late in the tenure of Richard Edwardson of Bould (Co. Lanc.), a parcel of land in closes called the Farleys now/late in the tenure of Catherine Williamson, widow, and parcels of land in closes called the Blak Flatt, the nearer Breerey Hey and the further Breerey Hey, now/late in the tenure of the said Catherine Williamson, which said parcels lie contiguous one to another in a direct line from the lane or highway from Rocksavage to Sutton along Rocksavage Park to the further side of the said close called the Blake Flatt, at an annual rent of 5/- and under the condition that the said Earl Rivers shall leave sufficient passage through or under the intended wall and shall make sufficient drains to carry a stream of water from the small river or brook called Flood Brook under the wall into the closes called Kells Acres, and from thence make sufficient drains to carry the stream back under the wall to its original course.
