Lanc.), ironmonger -- 2 newly erected dwelling houses, with the yards, backsides, gardens and orchards pertaining, containing 40 perches, lying in RUNCORN and HALTON and by the consent of the said Earl Cholmondeley enclosed from the waste lands belonging to his Manors of Runcorn and Halton by James Ryding of Runcorne, merchant (now a bankrupt); at an annual rent of £3-3-0.
