Description	LETTER from John Jannion, Dukes Field, Runcorn, to Thomas Beswick, informing him of the Runcorn Gas Co.'s intention of pulling down the wall which forms the back wall of the sheds in Cholmondeley Place, and which is shown on the Plan as being on the Marquis of Cholmondeley's land. Endorsed: LETTER (copy) from Thomas Beswick, Cholmondeley, to the Chairman of the Runcorn Gas Co., stating that the wall dividing some leasehold property belonging to the Marquis of Cholmondeley, in lease to Mr. Johnson, from the Gas Co.'s land, is part of the Marquis' property, and that if removed the Company will be held responsible. 3.
