Endorsed: LETTER (copy) from Thomas Beswick, Cholmondeley, to the Chairman of the Runcorn Gas Co., stating that the wall dividing some leasehold property belonging to the Marquis of Cholmondeley, in lease to Mr. Johnson, from the Gas Co.'s land, is part of the Marquis' property, and that if removed the Company will be held responsible. 3.
