DescriptionWILL and Codicil (15. July, 1721) (copy) of Lady Elizabeth Savage of the parish of St. Giles in the Fields (Co. Middlesex) spinster; she makes bequests to various of her servants, appoints Sir Roger Mostim (sic.) Bt. of Moston Hall (Co. Flint) her executor, and bequeaths the residue of her personal estate to her neice Lady Penelope Barry. By her codicil, she directs Robert Earl of Oxford and Mortimer, his heirs and assigns, to raise £6,000, in conformity with the Act of 7 George I (no. DCH/E/355), and pay £3,000 each to the Earl of Nottingham, her woman Hannah Maddock, and their executors, administrators or assigns. Paper.
