3) Richard Manley of Early (Co. Berks), esq., Thomas Tagg of the said city of Chester, gentleman, and John Wickstead of Namptwyche, gentleman

-- Manors of ROCKSAVAGE [Rock Savage] alias CLIFTON, FRODSHAM, MOORE, RUNCORNE [Runcorn], BARROW, TARVIN and HENHULL, 1/6 of the Manor and Barony of NANTWYCH [Nantwich], the capital messuage called Rocksavage Hall, the Park called Rocksavage alias Clifton Park, and all the other capital and other messuages, lands etc.; in ROCKSAVAGE alias CLIFTON, RUNCORNE, HALTON, FRODSHAM, OVERTON, NETHERTON, WOODHOUSES, BRADLEY, HELSBEY [Helsby], TARVIN, OSCROFT, GREAT BARROW, LITTLE BARROW, BROOMHILL, MACCLESFIELD, MACCLESFIELD PARK, MACCLESFIELD FOREST, HURDSFIELD, SUTTON, HENHULL, NANTWYCH [Nantwich], AUDLEM and HUXLEY; the premises are to be held to the uses declared in a sextipartite indenture of release (in part recited) dated 19.
