Edward late Earl of Oxford and Earl Mortimer, the most Noble Duke of Portland and Margaret Cavendish Duchess of Portland his wife, daughter and heir of the said Edward late Earl of Oxford, who was son and heir of the Rt. Hon. Robert Earl of Oxford and Earl Mortimer deceased, surviving Trustee and Executor of Richard late Earl Rivers, the Rt. Hon. James Earl of Barrymore, Lora Pitt, widow and executrix of George Pitt esq., deceased, Edward Lord Stawell (late Edward Stawell esq.), George Kesson, gentleman, and Catherine his wife, Samuel Vancourt, Thomas Fitzer and Catherine his wife, Lawrence Pickope, James Jennings and Francis Stephens, defendants. The plaintiffs are held to be entitled to the reconveyance of the legal estate in the premises (of the late Earl Rivers) in the County of Chester from the Countess of Oxford and the Duke and Duchess of Portland, to the trusts declared in the settlement of 8. Sept., 1738, but subject to annuities of £50 each to Katherine Kesson and Katherine Fitzer, the estate for life of Richard Surridge in HUXLEY FARM and the £5,000 and interest remaining due to the said Lora Pitt, and to all other debts, legacies and incumbrances.
