Description | ORDER (copy) in the above cause, that on payment by the plaintiff James Cholmondeley esq. of the costs taxed to the parties in the said suit (except those taxed to the defendant Mrs. Pitt), the defendants the Countess of Oxford and the Duke and Duchess of Portland convey the premises in the County of Chester mentioned in the Decree of 2. Mar., 1741/2 (no. DCH/E/377) (except 2 parcels of ground in FRODSHAM and the warehouse erected thereon), to the trusts declared in the settlement of 8. Sept., 1738, subject to the annuities, life estate etc.; (as above), and convey the said ground and warehouse to the said Earl of Barrymore his heirs and assigns, subject to the said 2 annuities and to Lora Pitt's mortgage.
