and the third party is to be seised of the Manors of ROCKSAVAGE [Rock Savage] alias CLIFTON, HELLESBY [Helsby], BARROW, TARVYN [Tarvin] and HUXLEY, the Castle, Manor and Lordship of FRODESHAM [Frodsham], the Borough of Frodesham, and 3 water corn mills there called Frodesham Milnes, 1/3 of the Manor of OVER RONKHORNE [Over Runcorn], 2 closes in CATTENHALL called CATTENHALL WOODS, the demesne lands of BRADLEY ORCHARD called Pykes and Williamsons Farmes, and all other messuages, lands etc: of the said Thomas Earl Rivers in ROCKSAVAGE, CLIFTON, FRODESHAM, NETHERTON, OVERTON, WOODHOUSES, BRADLEY, OVER RONKHORNE, NETHER RONKHORNE [Nether Runcorn], HALTON, HALTON PARKE [Halton Park], HELLESBY, GREAT BARROW, LITTLE BARROW, BROOMHILL, TARVYN, HUXLEY, (CATTENHALL) WOODS, MACCLESFEILD PARK [Macclesfield Park] and the town and borough of MACCLESFEILD [Macclesfield]; to the use of the said Thomas Earl Rivers and his assigns.
