| Description | GRANT in Fee by Thomas Cristofre, chaplain, to David son of William Hovason of Bykelegh [Bickley] and Margaret his wife, of all his lands, tenements, meadows and pastures which he had by feoffment of the said David in BIKELEGH with their appurtenances, for David, Margaret and their lawful issue, failing which issue, to David and a second wife and their heirs, and failing lawful issue to David then to William son of Thomas Pentreth and Elen his wife and their lawful issue, failing which issue to Henry son of Roger and his lawful heirs, and failing such heirs to William Hulleson and his lawful heirs, and failing such heirs then to the right heirs of the said David.
