Nickson's tenure with its lands called The Meadow by the House, the Pingo, the Bigg Field, the New Close, the Clay Field, the Horse Pasture, the Banks, the Black Meadow, the Marle Field, the Great Hall Field, the Little Hall Field, the Wood, the Hallfield Meadow, Little Pipe Croft, Bigg Pipe Croft, Bigg Brownhill, Little Brownhill, A Little Meadow And the Lane going to Snab Ground, with its houses, gardens, etc., and appurtenances.
