DescriptionCOVENANT to Levy a Fine, by Randulph Brereton of Cuddington, gentleman, and Robert Lawton of Chester, merchant, with Humfrey Hamner of Radford, Notts., and George Bostocke of Churton, gentlemen. Randulph and Robert covenant to levy a fine at the next Great Sessions unto Humfrey and George of all the Messuages, lands tenements and hereditaments with the appurtenances in BICKLEY, Willey, Willey More, TUSHINGHAM and Aldford known by the names of Willey Fields and Willey Purse and all other Randulph's property in these places sometime of John Warde, esq., deceased, and of the property in BICKLEY Willey, Willey More and TUSHINGHAM which the said John Warde assured to Owen Brereton, gentleman, deceased, grandfather of Randulph, and of the property which Robert owns or owned in ADLFORD and assured to Randulph, by the names of 7 messuages, 7 gardens, 100 a. land, 100 a. meadow, 100 a. pasture, 10 a. wood. 140 a. heath, 20 a. moor and marishe and 4 a. land covered with water in BICKLEY, Willey Willey More, TUSHINGHAM and ALDFORD.
