Description | AGREEMENT made at Chadde Chappell between Sir Robert Cholmeley, Bt., and Sir Richard Grosvenor, Knt., by the AWARD of Sir George Boothe, Knt. & Bt., Sir Robert Nodham, Sir Thomas Brereton, Knts., and John Mynshall, esq., concerning the Common and Waste ground called Willey Moore, part of the same being claimed by Sir Robert to lie in BICKLEY and the whole being claimed by Sir Richard to lie in TUSHINGHAM. The Award is that Sir Robert shall have that part of Willey Moore on the East side thereof from Willey House on a tenement in BICKLEY in the occupation of Randle Griffith lineally over the Moore to a tree dividing BICKLEY and COYSLEY [Quoisley], and to be for ever taken as being in BICKLEY, and that the remainder of the Moore is to be for ever taken as being in TUSHINGHAM.
