Feoffment de capitalibus dominis, with Warranty contra omnes gentes; in all party 1's lands etc., in the town of Bolyngton' [Bollington] within the forest of Macclesfeld [Macclesfield], together with a field called Assheinholmes in the said town, which they had by Deed of Feoffment from John Downes their father.
